Google Instant: Better but not revolutionized search

I've been kicking the tires with Google Instant search, and so far I think it's an

improvement.

We've been hearing it for years: antivirus software is dead. But is it really? If so, it

The antivirus industry is in major transition as threats have evolved from being just the

SAN FRANCISCO--Microsoft is tired of seeing Salesforce.com get all the headlines by dishing

out a combination of pithy quotes and branded chocolates to the technology press.

Although Redmond has no plans to one-up Salesforce.com CEO Marc Benioff in the candy

distribution business, it is starting to speak out more strongly.

"I think Marc and Salesforce have done a good job of getting out there and telling their

an opportunity to do better."

Of course, Salesforce.com has been doing a lot more than just giving out chocolates. The

Bom, por causa do susto do novo virus Ramnit.A acabei por criar um user root no meu PC e baixar privil�gio do meu user para "Utilizador".

N�o sei porque defeito n�o vem assim. Para o dia a dia chega bem. Recomendo que vejam esse virus.

Sabem onde posso ler sobre Workgroups em Windows 7, tipo criar e gerir shares.

Ol� a todos a desde j� obrigado pela ajuda, tenho uma Gtx260 comprada aqui na aqua, gostaria de saber se vale a pena comprar uma evga 460 ftw ee, se vou sentir muita diferen�a de qualidade e potencia.
Gostaria tambem de saber ou se me recomendam a colocar a GTX260 a fazer fisics e a GTX460 a fazer o resto.
Por fim se devo ou nao esperar pelo fim do ano, ja que v�o sair novas placas gr�ficas tanto a amd e a nvidia?

vamos supor a seguinte situa��o....
dois funcion�rios est�o num estabelecimento, param 2 mins para conversar, e por azar dos azares uma chefia estava na sala das cameras de seguran�a, e "apanha" esse break no trabalho... depois chama esses dois funcion�rios e d� descasca... e gostaria de saber ate que ponto isso � permitido, uma vez li um decreto de lei, em que assim por alto dizia que as cameras servem apenas para seguran�a da loja e nao para controlo dos funcion�rios... alguem que saiba esclarecer correctamente essa situa��o?

Os aster�ides s�o considerados um dos maiores perigos de extin��o da esp�cie humana e sabe-se que j� houve cinco grandes extin��es no planeta nos �ltimos 500 milh�es de anos, a mais recente h� 65 milh�es de anos e que condenou os dinossauros. A cat�strofe ter� resultado de um impacto que produziu a cratera de Chicxulub, no M�xico.

Em 1908, em Tunguska, na Sib�ria, um aster�ide que se calcula de 30 a 50 metros explodiu a altitude e destruiu mais de 2 mil quil�metros quadrados de floresta.

Existe incerteza sobre a dimens�o deste objecto e alguns cientistas pensam que seria mais pequeno. Caso tivesse ca�do numa zona habitada, o aster�ide de Tunguska poderia ter destru�do uma cidade.

A astronomia est� preocupada com eventuais impactos de grandes aster�ides. Os de 5 quil�metros de di�metro, como o de Chicxulub, ocorrem em cada dez milh�es de anos e est�o referenciados. O mais perigoso parece ser Toutatis, que passou perto do planeta em 2004, mas c�lculos recentes indicam que tem poucas hip�teses de constituir um problema.

A NASA tem referenciados mais de metade dos aster�ides de um quil�metro e sabe-se que pelo menos um de alguma dimens�o, o Apophis (com 300 metros) passar� pr�ximo da Terra a 13 de Abril de 2029. A sua traject�ria posterior � uma inc�gnita, havendo a possibilidade de entrar em rota de colis�o para 2036.

Em Mar�o de 2009, um objecto entre 30 e 50 metros passou a 60 mil quil�metros da Terra. Uma rocha deste tamanho a cair a velocidade cem vezes superior � de um avi�o teria potencial para libertar energia equivalente a uma pequena bomba at�mica.

O planeta esteve em relativo perigo a 7 de Janeiro de 2002, quando um aster�ide de 300 metros passou a 830 mil quil�metros. Se tivesse tombado na Terra, teria feito uma cratera do tamanho de uma cidade e devastado um pa�s de tamanho m�dio, provocando ainda um Inverno global de dois ou tr�s anos.

Ah bom, e ningu�m sabia...
